Toolbar Reference
The main toolbar sits at the top of the WSi window. It provides one-click access to the most frequently used actions.
Toolbar Buttons

| Reload | reload | Clears the current selection and reloads the graph from the database. |
| Project menu | project_settings | Opens a menu with Edit Project Name, Edit Graph Attachments, and Edit Project Surcharges. |
| Open | open_file | Opens a file picker to load a .wsi project file. |
| Save | save_file | Saves the current project. Shortcut: Ctrl+S |
| ERP Export | erp_export | Opens the ERP Export dialog. Only visible when the standard ERP feature is licensed. |
| ERP Export (IT-Blech) | ERP Export (IT-Blech) | Opens IT-Blech ERP export. Only visible when the IT-Blech feature is licensed. |
| ERP Export (Oseon) | ERP Export (Oseon) | Opens Oseon ERP export. Only visible when the Oseon feature is licensed. |
| Shorten Article Names | shorten_article_names | Opens the Shorten Article Names dialog. |
| Edit Calculation Settings | edit_calculation_settings | Opens the calculation configuration dialog. |

| Export and Open Quotation | export_and_open_quotation | Exports the project and opens a formatted quotation document (.docx). Only visible when the quotation feature is licensed. |

ERP export buttons (standard, IT-Blech, and Oseon) are hidden unless the respective feature is enabled in your licence. If you do not see a button, contact your sales representative at WSoptics.
Export and open quotation
Click Export and Open Quotation to export the project and immediately open the generated quotation document. The quotation is a formatted .docx file — a Microsoft Word document — containing the full project breakdown: all articles, quantities, material costs, manufacturing costs, and selling prices.
This is different from a regular project export:
- Export Project saves files to your configured export folder silently
- Export and Open Quotation generates the
.docxand opens it immediately so you can review or send it before saving
The quotation document uses a template. To customise the layout, branding, or content structure, contact your WSoptics sales representative.
Project Menu
Click the Project menu button to open:

Edit Graph Attachments
Graph attachments are files — drawings, specifications, customer documents — that are stored with the project rather than with any individual part. Right-click any node in the Graph View and choose Edit Node Attachments to attach files to that specific step, or use Edit Graph Attachments from the Project menu to manage project-level files.
Attached files are included in project exports and are visible in the Details panel when a node is selected.
TIP
Use graph attachments to keep all related documentation (PDF drawings, material certificates, customer specs) alongside the WSi project file. They travel with the project when exported.
