Toolbar Reference
The main toolbar sits on the right of the WSi window by default. It provides one-click access to the most frequently used actions.
Toolbar Buttons

| Open | Open file | Opens a file picker to load a .wsi project file. |
| Save | Save file | Saves the current project. Shortcut: Ctrl+S |
| ERP Export | ERP export | Opens the ERP Export dialog. Only visible when the standard ERP feature is licensed. |
| ERP Export (IT-Blech) | ERP export (IT-Blech) | Opens IT-Blech ERP export. Only visible when the IT-Blech feature is licensed. |

ERP export buttons (standard, IT-Blech, and Oseon) are hidden unless the respective feature is enabled in your licence. If you do not see a button, contact your sales representative at WSoptics.
Export and open quotation
Click Export and Open Quotation to export the quotation and open it immediately. The quotation is a formatted .docx file — a Microsoft Word document — containing the full project breakdown: all articles, quantities, and selling prices, including scale prices.
This is different from a regular project export:
- Export Project asks for a target folder and saves the files enabled in the Project Export Settings there
- Export and Open Quotation asks where to save the
.docxand opens it immediately so you can review or send it
The quotation document uses a template. To customise the layout, branding, or content structure, save the default templates to a folder with File → Run… → Export default docx templates, edit the quotation.docx file there, and select it as your template with File → Run… → Set quotation template.
Project Attachments
Project attachments are files — drawings, specifications, customer documents — that are stored with the project rather than with any individual part. Right-click any node in the Graph View and choose Edit attachments to attach files to that specific step, or use the Edit Attachments toolbar button to manage project attachments.
Attached files are included in project exports.
TIP
Use project attachments to keep all related documentation (PDF drawings, material certificates, customer specs) alongside the WSi project file. They travel with the project when exported.
